Operations Director 

As Operations Director, you will lead all aspects of daily operations, translating board-level strategy.  This pivotal role encompasses management of day-to-day activities, process improvement, financial oversight, and strategic implementation to support ambitious growth targets. 

Previous senior operational leadership experience within luxury interiors or related design services is essential, along with a proven track record in optimising workflows, managing complex projects, and elevating brand standards. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills are a must.
