Head of Operations

The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse, supply chain, inventory and overseas liaison teams, while building a structured, KPI‑driven people function that raises standards and performance across c.30 colleagues.  Sitting on the senior leadership team, you’ll control key operational P&L lines, optimise fulfilment and service levels, and implement simple, scalable systems and processes so commercial teams can focus on growth.

This role suits a hands‑on, commercially sharp operator with senior experience in wholesale, logistics or furniture, who is confident setting KPIs, holding people to account and creating a disciplined, high‑performance culture.
