Head of Operations

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for translating the Directors’ strategic vision into clear, actionable plans. You will drive operational excellence across the business, embedding scalable processes and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.  With oversight of the full supply chain, you will also manage operations for key show events and a network of retail locations, requiring a highly data-driven and detail-oriented approach.

The successful candidate will take ownership of performance, delivery, and efficiency - ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. You will play a key role in building and supporting high-performing teams, with HR knowledge and experience considered advantageous.
