Business Development Manager (Italy)
Milan-based, you will work from the flagship showroom as your main hub, with regular travel across Italy. You will drive B2B growth with luxury brands, lead retail rollouts and concept stores, and secure high-end hospitality projects (hotels, branded residences, F&B), building a high-quality pipeline while an internal team supports day-to-day operations and order management. You will nurture senior relationships within key accounts, shaping commercial strategy and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
You bring:
• 5+ years’ experience in business development or project sales within luxury interiors, high-end materials, retail design, or hospitality
• Proven success opening doors in the Italian market and generating new revenue streams, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with disciplined pipeline management and data-backed decision making
• Native-level or fluent Italian and professional English (spoken and written)
